G7 is a freelance graphic designer, known for his work both within the music industry and with grassroots community groups in Bristol. His clients have included record companies like Talkin’Loud, Full Cycle, and independent dealer, RUE and the Bristol based KWBB media video and film production collective.
As a designer, Gary is interested in the creative potential of collaboration with other artists, and in exploring multimedia experimenting with super 8, video, slides, video 8 and internet-based interactivity.
Gary’s clean, spare design style is immediately recognisable, and his reflects his Integration of diverse influences ranging from film-makers Spike Lee and Ridley Scott to graffiti artists Futura 2000 and Mode 2 and seminal graphic designers David Carson and Neville Brody.
